These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile and web applications, websites, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by ALT iTrepreneur ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind yourself or the business you represent to these Terms.

Account Registration

You must register for an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the security of your password, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Description of Services

iTrepreneur provides AI-powered business coaching, including but not limited to:

Personalized coaching sessions
Goal setting and tracking tools
Business Neural Network (BNN) insights
AI-driven strategy recommendations
Learning resources and performance analysis

These services are informational and educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription, managed through Stripe. Subscription options may include monthly, quarterly, or annual plans. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Free Trials: We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and applicable fees will be charged.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

Cancellations: You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues through the paid term.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information. We retain user data for a maximum of 30 days unless legally required otherwise. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with OpenAI or third parties for training purposes.

Use of AI

The platform uses AI to simulate business coaching. All outputs are generated based on the data you provide and are meant to support, not replace, human decision-making. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or outcomes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not reverse-engineer or misuse the AI or BNN
Not use the Platform for fraudulent, harmful, or misleading purposes
Maintain accurate account and profile information
Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology on the Platform, including the BNN and AI systems, are the exclusive property of iTrepreneur or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI capabilities). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or actions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your actions harm other users or the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

iTrepreneur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content
Business decisions made based on platform recommendations
Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iTrepreneur from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
