It has been a busy summer. Since our last update in May, a lot of iTrepreneur has changed: how you get started, what DORE can build with you, and how you find out whether the work is paying off. Here is what's new.
A First Session That Starts With What's on Your Mind
We rebuilt the way new owners begin.
Getting started is now six short questions, and the most important one is simple: what is worrying you about your business? You can type your answer or say it out loud. While you answer, DORE researches your business on the web, so your first conversation does not begin with you explaining who you are.
From there:
- Your roadmap is ordered around you. The sessions that speak to your worry come first, and the plan works toward what you told us success looks like.
- DORE explains the plan in conversation, including why the sessions are in that order.
- Your first coaching session takes about 15 minutes. DORE names the pattern behind what you described, teaches one lesson with an example from your kind of business, and leaves you with one small objective of two or three tasks.
- Business Plan Builder. Build your plan section by section. Already have a plan? Upload the document and DORE brings it in as drafts for you to review. Ask DORE to draft your plan in chat and it will read the documents you have shared first.
- Marketing plan and Content Creator. Generate a marketing plan, track campaigns and KPIs, then create the content itself: social posts, caption batches, email sequences, ad copy, blog outlines, landing page copy, a four-week content calendar and images sized for each platform.
- Brand Identity. Store your logo and colours, or let DORE discover your brand from what is already online. Your content then follows it.
- Lean Canvas. The nine-block canvas, connected to DORE and ready to export.
- Tools that keep their history. Each tool saves versions, so you can see how your numbers and answers changed over time.
- Ask DORE inside any tool. DORE sees the sheet in front of you. Tell it a new number in ordinary conversation and it updates the worksheet.
- Find the right tool faster. Search the Hub by the question you are trying to answer.
- Light and dark themes. Choose your appearance in Settings.
- A better mobile experience. The keyboard, chat input and text sizes were reworked on iOS and Android.
- Paste files straight into chat, and preview any file without leaving the app.
- Images on request in any chat.
- Reminders that reach you. Push notifications and email reminders, with settings for each.
- Lost connections don't lose answers. If your connection drops while DORE is responding, the answer is still there when you come back.
- A half-finished session picks up where you left it instead of starting over.
Every coaching session now ends by opening the work it just set, so there is no gap between the lesson and the doing.

More That DORE Builds With You
A Dashboard That Answers "Is It Working?"
The dashboard has been rebuilt around the one question every owner asks. It compares DORE's latest read of your business with the one before and leads with what changed. A new Progress view shows how far you have moved toward each target, and tells you plainly when a figure has not been measured yet and which tool would measure it.
